First and foremost we would like to spend some time with you. We need a clear understanding of your home needs. We will talk about home sizing, completion dates, themes and budgets. We will ask to walk your property with you to make sure we take advantage of all that your property has to offer for sizing and views. Once each of us has a thorough understanding of your needs and expectations we can begin to put together a program for your project. We generally start with a topographic survey of your property since the location of your home on your property is dependant on the locations of driveways, utilities and terrain, etc. Once this is completed we can start the conceptual design phase.
